We’ve had previous customers being turned away from the Royal enclosure due to their dress code being less than acceptable so let’s make sure that doesn’t happen to you.
To see some inspirations then the usual Net-A-Porter or Vogue. For a more high street approach try the likes of ASOS or Zalando. Next do have a designer label range that is not to be sniffed at so make sure you have a look at there site.
Now we know what places to go to to get the outfit that will make us feel amazing all day and turn heads of all that we glide by, which leaves us one question.
What type of outfit can I get???
So the rules state for the royal enclosure are here but we wanted to paraphrase them slightly but the information is kind of the same.
Ladies in the royal enclosure.
Falling just above the knee or below, that is how long your dress/skirt should be.
Those straps on your dress or top should be an inch or bigger so that might help whittle down your wardrobe.
What about a Pashmina or a Jacket i hear you say? Well, yes that’s fine but as long as the dress still complies with the dress code.
Suited and booted look, not a problem. Those that want to trouser suit up that’s ok as long as they are of both matching colour.
Let’s talk hats. These are a must but what type well that’s for you to decide but a headpiece which has a solid based of 4” or more in diameter. Don’t ask i’ve never seen a tape measure there but they’ve written it so we better pass it on.
There are a few more things for you to have a look at ascot website So have a look and then start thinking about the outfit that you deserve to wear.
