Cancellation & Refund Policy

In the event of a client canceling a booking before the start of the hire period, 28 days prior, their deposit will be fully refunded. However, there may be an additional administration charge to consider.

Cancellations of bookings made 28 to 14 days before the hire period by the client will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled hire period will not be eligible for a refund.

Upon making a reservation with Leicester Executive Chauffeurs Ltd, you can rest assured that your booking will be personalised to your specific needs. Any necessary contractual information will be carefully discussed with you at the time of your reservation.
